5+ years of KYC/CDD experience in a licensed VASP, bank, or fintech. Expertise in FATF standards, sanctions screening (OFAC, EU, UN), and EDD procedures. Experience managing a team of 5+ analysts across multiple jurisdictions. Familiarity with identity verification vendors (Onfido, Sumsub, or equivalent). Knowledge of Bahrain CBB or regional MENA AML frameworks is a strong advantage.

You combine meticulous attention to regulatory detail with the leadership ability to motivate and develop a high-performing KYC team. You have strong judgement for risk-based escalations and are equally comfortable presenting compliance posture to regulators as you are coaching a junior analyst through a complex EDD case.
